Carrot Salad Recipe With Celery And Parsley

The carrot salad is a versatile side dish. The combination of carrot and celery is aromatic and strengthened by the parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon.

  • 500g carrots, medium grated
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced or squashed
  • ½ cup of chopped parsley


  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • ¼ tsp of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp of lemon juice

Step by step:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Grate the carrots place into the salad bowl
  2. Wash the celery stalk and slice it thinly and add to the bowl.
  3. Measure four tablespoons of olive oil to the salad and toss together.
  4. Peel and dice one small onion and one clove of garlic. Squash the garlic. Put them into the bowl as well.
  5. Wash the parsley thoroughly, dry and chop. Then add to the bowl.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and four tablespoons of lemon juice. Toss!
