Method:
Blend the sauce ingredients together with a wand mixer or a food processor.
Then just combine the vegetables and sauce it’s as simple as that.

To prepare this plate first layer the tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella attractively on the plate. Then drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the top and finish of with fresh basil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
